Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 Fly Kathmandu-Lukla (20 min flight) then begin trek to Monjo (2835 m, 5 hrs trek)
Get Set Go with your camera and grab a window seat for the stunning view of the greenery and the snow-covered Himalayas. Upon landing at Lukla airport enjoy a cup of tea coffee and observe the landing and taking off of the airplane in one of the enthralling airports of Lukla.
Hiking through the deep green forest with the view of the Himalayas will energize us throughout the trail. We pass by a number of Sherpa villages before crossing a suspension bridge over the snow-melted Dudh Koshi river to reach Phakding for our Lunch break.
Further after the small break, we will hike uphill through the forest by the river to reach a small village called Monjo for our overnight camp at our tea house.

Day 2 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3438 m, 6 hrs trek)
After breakfast, we hike passing by the Sagarmatha National Conservation entrance counter. As we ascend uphill, blessed by the first glimpse of Mt. Thamserku standing taller with head high at the altitude of 6608 meters.
Further, we will be passing by an alpine forest with cascading waterfall, as Sagarmatha National Park is blessed with almost 200 different species of Himalayan birds and some wildlife as well like Himalayan tahr and musk deer; and crossing Dudh Koshi and Bhote Khosi river, we will reach Namche Bazar at the hilltop.
Namche Bazaar is a popular town along with the official headquarters of the entire Khumbu region. It is one of the trade centers for buyers and sellers, all the foodstuff is being carried to Namche from Lukla through yaks and mules, and further supplied to the nearby villages of the Khumbu region.
There is a sufficient number of lodges and hotels around with bars, beauty salons, restaurants, bakeries, banks, ATMs, the hospital along with the Sherpa museum to explore. Namche remains busy with trekkers because it is also a popular place for acclimatization, where trekkers spend 3 nights on an average while ascending and descending two-way for EBC Trek.

Day 3 Trek to Pangboche (3990 m, 6 hrs trek)
As we move ascending higher towards the high Himalayas, keeping this in mind we take a slow climb uphill to reach the top point of a hill to have a magnificent view of the Himalayas along with the Namche Bazaar itself.
Hiking through deep rhododendron forest which gets bloomed during the spring season makes it no lesser than the paradise of the Himalayas with the mountain behind.
Finally, we will be at Tengboche, this little village is popular in the entire Khumbu region because of the Tengboche monastery, the largest situated at this altitude. This can be our lunch spot as well, Tengboche monastery is one of the centers for the Tibetan monastery in the entire Khumbu region, trekkers are welcomed inside and if we are lucky, we will be able to have a look at the ritual praying ceremony by the monk. The monastery stands tall and still with positive vibration and the Himalayas behind including Ama Dablam is worth seeing.
Further heading ahead, we pass by a Sherpa village Deboche, the only village with a Buddhist nunnery monastery, we can spend some time talking with nuns before heading towards our final destination of the day, Pangboche, a small local village with a couple of tea houses. Evening we can spend our time viewing the twinkling stars above the sky with the snow-covered Himalayas just below.
Day 4 Trek to Thukla (4620 m, 6 hrs trek)
On the fourth day of our trek, we will pass by all the vegetation and start hiking through the bare Himalayan Rocky Mountains. At the very first, we will go through a popular overnight village called Dingboche, which is also known as the summer valley of the Khumbu region.
Strolling prayer wheels, and mani walls we head towards two popular Sherpa villages of the high altitude; Somare and Pheriche. In Pheriche, we will stop for our lunch break with the view of the Himalayas facing us.
Finally hiking through the rocky trails, we will reach Lukla also known as Dughla. This little village with tea houses is a magnificent viewpoint to witness Cholatse, Taboche, and the ever-present Ama Dablam mountains.
Day 5 Trek to Gorakshep (5140m) and Hike to Everest Base Camp (5364m)
The final day for us to be at the highest destination and also the most awaited deserved place to be Everest Base Camp. This will also be the longest trial for us. We will take our time today to maintain our pace, as the area is popularly known as the difficult zone for trekkers due to the rocky trail along with the altitude.
Passing by Lobuche, we hike a further couple of hours through the Khumbu glacier to reach the highest overnight camp of our entire trek which is Gorakshep, having our lunch and unloading our duffle bag, we hike with a bottle of water towards EBC through the snowy and rocky trail.
During expedition season we will be able to explore a number of tents for climbers. Spending around an hour at the base of the highest mountain we descend towards Gorakshep for our dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Hike to Kalapatthar (5545m) and descend to Pheriche
This 6th day of our hike will be one of the best moments of the entire trek, we wake up early in the morning for a short hike of an hour to reach Kalapatthar, one of the best viewpoints of the entire Khumbu region.
This must be an early hike for the first glimpse of the sunlight over the Khumbu range of the Himalayas. An unbeatable view never to compare with any, Kalapatthar provides one of the best views of the entire Himalayas including Mt. Everest.
Once the base camp of Everest, Kalapatthar will bless us with a 360° panoramic view including the Khumbu glacier. This will be a better place than Everest base camp.
Descending towards Gorakshep for our breakfast, we hike towards Pheriche, passing by the Khumbu glacier and the giant Himalayas behind to reach for our breakfast.

Day 7 Descend to Namche Bazaar
Descending downhill might be easy for many, today we will pass by rocky mountains towards alpine and rhododendron forest. Enjoying our lunch in Tengboche and if interested can take a glimpse of the Tengboche monastery as well.
We descend passing a couple of Sherpa villages until we take the last climb to step Namche Bazaar. Today we will have a sufficient amount of time to explore Namche Bazaar and enjoy a hot shower as well. Exploring the popular commercial hub of the Khumbu region, we can spend some time visiting the Sherpa museum as well.

Day 8 Descend to Lukla
On the last day of our entire trek, we descend passing by Namche Bazaar to meet the Sagarmatha national conservation checkpoint to re-enter our permit before descending. The trail will be through the rhododendron forest until we reach Monjo.
Further, crossing the suspension bridge over Dudh Koshi River we will enter into a deep forest of pine, rhododendron, juniper, etc. until Phakding. Then on we pass by farmland, waterfall, Sherpa village to reach Lukla.
Day 9 Early morning flight to Kathmandu (40 minutes) and final departure
On the last day in the Khumbu region, after early breakfast we take a short flight to Kathmandu, bidding farewell to all the hills and Himalayas through the window of our plane along with majestic views of the remote villages; we will land at Kathmandu airport.
A representative from office will escort you in a private car to your respective hotel.
